Job Description

  • Identify business prospects and new market opportunity
  • Expand our existing customer base and maximize sales revenue
  • Promote and sell company’s range of products and services through credential pitch
  • Negotiate agreement terms, secure orders and close deals to exceed sales target
  • Gather, interpret and report on market trend information and competitors intelligence
  • Attend to sales enquiries and prepare sales quotation
  • Provide pre-sales and after sales support for customers
  • Reporting to Business development manager
  • Organize events to promote the services and products

Despite being a part of team with same title, each executive should be individually responsible for business development and based on performance and sales target, there is a reward of immediate promotion as sales manager. In most cases, the executive is self-responsible for lead generation, appointment settings, credential pitch, negotiation and closing deals.
