  • English league 4 skill is preferable
  • Age between 25 to 35 years old.
  • Any graduate
  • HR certificate is preferable

Job Description

  • Administration and execution of HR functions.
  • Supporting payroll information, attendance calculation, leave control.
  • Liaison with government ministries, labor, SSB .
  • Liaise with Immigration, application for foreigner stay visa and work permit.
  • Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery and administer maintenance
  • Contracts of office equipment and facilities.
  • Able to use finger print attendance software.
  • Fix asset inventory up to date.
  • Warehouse report and data entry up to date
